    Digital technologies and advancements rapidly change the business landscape, creating a continuously disruptive environment. This module aims to lay the foundation for digital transformation by providing women with a common language and a starting point for change. Participants will be able to identify the digital skills they need to develop and how digital transformation affects the entire corporate environment. This module also discusses future challenges, the areas of learning that workers must pursue and identifying digital competencies. Women will discover the characteristics of a growth mindset, which is required in order to adopt new ways of learning and working. Combining a growth mindset with change management strategies and disruptive technologies women can enhance their competitiveness and develop critical digital skills for their performance by utilising and exploiting innovative methods. This module also includes interactive exercises to enhance a growth attitude.

    02. Remote Work

    This module aims to present best practices to promote effectiveness and efficiency in a hybrid workspace. Participants will be introduced to different digital tools and learn how to adapt them to their work in order to enhance their productivity. Through a myth-busting quiz, they will also learn the dos and don’ts of remote work and how virtual communication differs from face-to-face communication. At the end of the module, participants will be challenged to complete the task of organising a digital meeting in order to apply the methodologies and digital tools presented, with the final goal of being aware of the benefits of organising a digital office that allows them to work in a hybrid workplace.

    03.Introduction to Digital media _ Marketing

    The growth of mobile devices and social media has dramatically changed how consumers interact online, and it's up to organizations to adapt. To get the most out of digital marketing, it's essential to understand the vital fundamentals of digital marketing touchpoints and transformation, including the consumer's behaviours and expectations in today's digital marketplace. This module aims to reveal the benefits of digital marketing and the importance of developing a digital marketing strategy for our customers. The participants will discover social media and its features and explore all the marketing procedures they can use to utilise technology. They will also be able to find which marketing strategy fits their needs and which digital tools to use to optimize their marketing activities. This module also includes hands-on activities for creating a LinkedIn page, a Facebook Business page and groups in various social media channels.

    04. Introduction to Design Thinking

    This module aims to introduce the Design Thinking methodology and to improve a human-centred approach when designing and developing a product or service. The module explains the steps of this methodology and provides participants with useful tools and methods for completing the steps and dealing with any potential challenges that may arise during the process. In addition to Design Thinking, participants will have the opportunity to improve their soft skills such as complex problem solving, critical thinking and creativity. Hands-on exercises and interactive tasks will encourage participants to use the design thinking methodology when developing new products or services, resulting in creative and innovative outcomes.

    This module aims to assist participants in tapping into their inner creativity and learning how to leverage it for career development or business innovation. The module approaches entrepreneurship as a creative process, a fundamental human instinct we all possess and can unlock. It applies concepts from the creative process, such as observing, iterating and embracing failure, to guide women through the idea of thinking like a start-up. The participants will develop the essential mindset, knowledge, and insights required to pursue an entrepreneurial career, whether as the steward of their own career or as the founder of a new business in any field. products or services.

    06. Communication Skills

    The aim of this module is to provide women with the relevant theories about communication and interactions, tools and strategies so they can better interact in the different phases of their daily duties and increase their chances of advancement both in their professional and personal. It is designed to teach how to communicate and interact being able to identify the different contexts. In practical contexts participants will work in groups and in pairs, to talk, write, draws and use different tools of communication. Emphasis is also given to empathy, active listening and feelings.

    10. Goal Setting

    Having the know-how to set and work towards achieving goals is a significant predictor of success and performance. It is common knowledge that having goals is important but it is less common for individuals to actively set and achieve them. Goal-setting is important for women to guide their focus, set improved behaviours in motion, by combating inefficiencies and procrastination, and sustain continued personal and professional growth. Participants will be guide to align their focus and promote a sense of self-mastery and provide them with the necessary tools to identify individual and career goals and mechanisms to achieve them. Theoretical knowledge of goal-setting techniques and their implications will be provided, as well as facilitation techniques on how to an action plan. This particular goal-setting action plan will include how to set clear, realistic, objectives, goal analysis, and setting short-term goals with a long-term outlook, ultimately empowering women to realise extraordinary results both personally and professionally.

    12. Self-promotion

    Unemployed women are the most vulnerable category, as they either possess insufficient skills, due to focusing more on family duties than on their career, or they lack the self-confidence to promote themselves in the labour market because they have been unemployed for a while and they have lost contact with the labour market. This module is designed to guide unemployed women in finding a job that is suitable for their skills and competences and to provide them with the right means to identify their goals and individual mechanisms for choosing a suitable career. It will offer women a set of instruments that will improve their skills and their motivation to find employment in a working environment that is constantly changing. Women will learn to assess their own competencies, identify their strengths and weaknesses, set achievable goals and identify aspects that they can improve, and qualification courses that they can attend locally, in order to acquire the necessary competences
