What do you know about Effective communication? Pt.2

To start developing an effective communication plan you need to ask yourself some fundamental questions:
Why do you want to communicate with the community? (What’s your purpose?)
Who do you want to communicate it to? (Who’s your audience?)
What do you want to communicate? (What’s your message?)
How do you want to communicate it? (What communication channels will you use?)
Who should you contact and what should you do to use these channels? (How will you distribute your message?)

The answers to these questions determine your action plan, what you need to do to communicate successfully with your audience.
