What type of problem solver are you?

  • The one who questions everything:When faced with a problem, clarifiers seek as much information as possible. They do this by asking questions, pointing out shortfalls and helping others focus on the main objective.
  • The one with the big ideas:This person has ‘big ideas’ and can be influential but not always practical. They are big picture thinkers who thrive on brainstorming possibilities but at times struggle to narrow their ideas to one plausible solution.
  • The one who evaluates all possibilities:Like to get to know an idea an evaluate alternative ways of approaching it, they find flaws in ideas and make continuous improvements. They are skilled at identifying practicality of a solution.
  • The one who likes to get things done:Their focus is less on critical analysis of a problem and more on getting things done by putting a plan in place to take necessary steps to apply a solution.
