What do you know about: SELF-CONFIDENCE?
Having self-confidence means thinking of being able to face situations, it differs from self-esteem which instead means positively evaluating one’s personal characteristics.
Both involve a good opinion of oneself and a certain stability in the face of unexpected events, difficulties and adverse opinions.
The feeling of self-confidence helps in handling setbacks and learning from ones’ failures.
