An unethical recruiter will lure a candidate in to a job opportunity by practicing the following steps:

1. Creating a fake job description
2. Advertising it to receive and source the best type of CV’s
3. Offering the candidates amazing life time opportunities to match their skill-sets and aspirations
4. Revealing that unfortunately the position has gone to someone internally

So, make sure to remember this: when a job description seems like a dream come true, do a thorough background check on the company or recruitment agency advertising it. Search through their website, social media, and various job boards before you take a leap of faith and end up wasting your time on a dead-end hiring process, or worse.
