To the proper alchemical process take place, the more specific you set your goals the better. Schedule them scrupulously, taking 10 to 20 minutes at the beginning/term of each day.
While you are doing this, keep in mind to set personal and professional boundaries and communicate them to your supervisor, co-workers, partner and family. The reasonable and realistic limits on what you will and will not do at work and home should be clear.
Take notice that your health should invariably be your number one priority.
