What do you know about time management? Pt.2
Time management can be defined as the action to divide your time between different activities in an organised way. And this is much related to being able to prioritise.
Though the definition may be simple, the implementation of time management in your life can encounter inner and outer obstacles.
The major constraints identified by researchers can be divided into four factors:
- Personal (sex, education, age)
- Role (marriage, parenthood, employment)
- Resource (transport, income)
- Environmental (geographical location, weather, day of the week)
