The use of the ENVISION e-learning platform, including web crawling, its caching services and any other services provided by the platform, requires the unconditional acceptance of the terms of use described herein and constitutes their practical acceptance. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as the terms of the Privacy and Security Policy. Use of the ENVISION E-Learning platform
These terms of use apply to the ENVISION e-learning platform users. Please read them carefully, because by using this website, you agree to be legally bound by and comply with its terms. If you do not agree with these terms of use, you are not authorized to use the ENVISION e-learning platform.
These terms of use apply to the ENVISION e-learning platform only, and not to the websites of any other institutions, companies or universities members of the ENVISION Consortium.

The ENVISION Project’s Consortium (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Partners’) provides access to and use of this e-learning platform on the following terms:

Users must respect all copyright notices and restrictions contained on the ENVISION e-learning platform.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, it is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, download, post, broadcast, transmit, or make available to the public any ENVISION training material (portion, file, content or information).
You may only download one machine-readable copy of the purposely provided website materials under the following terms:

Service compliance and security
Although we make every effort to design, program, and provide the best website possible, we cannot guarantee that this website, or any content, service, or feature of this website, will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compliant with all hard- and software, or that your use of the website will lead to the desired results. Minimal IT skills and equipment are required for the ENVISION e-learning platform:

We exclude, to the fullest extent permissible by Law, all liability for any loss or damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) relating to these terms, or to your (or any third party’s) use or inability to use the e-learning platform, or to your placement of content on the e-learning platform, or to your reliance upon information obtained from or through the e-learning platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any breach of these terms of use by you.
